We have commenced an initiative to Reflect, Innovate, Stretch and Elevate our organisation by conducting a Reconciliation Action Plan RAP with Reconciliation Australia. The RAP Framework provides us with a structured approach to advance reconciliation and embed the principles within the everyday workings of our organisation and society and society as a whole.

This is part of our fundamental belief in diversity and multiculturalism. We currently employ professionals from a range of non-Australian nationalities and backgrounds. We have a strong culture and practice around equal opportunity and non-discrimination.
